RMIT will launch their fourth annual anthology of creative writing, featuring fiction and poetry from students throughout the university. This year’s anthology, titled Yowl!, is a diverse and powerful collection of work from some of Melbourne’s most exciting emerging writers. By turns grotesque and playful, Yowl! is both a raw, visceral experience and a highly polished work of literature – the kind of writing that you’ll want to read to your friends (but perhaps not to your gran).

The anthology will be launched by Robert Skinner, editor of Melbourne’s Canary Press Short Story Magazine. The event will also include readings of prose and poetry from the book, by the authors themselves. Copies of the anthology will be on sale for $10 each.
