Event Duration: 150 minutes

South Australian band The Yearlings launch their brand new album All The Wandering at this show, and we are honoured they have chosen the Folk Club for such an occasion. You can't help but think of Gillian Welch & Dave Rawlings when you see and hear these guys, the male/female harmonies, and the nostalgic, storytelling songs. They like to rock out though too, and will be bringing their FULL BAND to this show. Ya know what? I think it'll be the first time we've had drums at folk club. About time right!

These guys have been together for over 10 years, releasing 5 acclaimed records, and supporting the likes of Steve Earle, The Punch Brothers and Mary Gauthier. Check out more HERE

"Brooding, country folk, Chalklen's voice can haunt you for days" Sydney Morning Herald

"From the moment Chris' tremelo treated electric guitar shimmers to life in the first seconds, the album sounds fantastic -unhurried, breathing, spacious and warm" Rhythms Magazine

Tracy McNeil and Dan Parsons will play a round in the first set. Tracy will have just released her new album Nobody Ever Leaves on June 28th and Dan has been playing guitar for her, so there should be plenty of collaboration in this one. Dan is a beautiful singer/songwriter that reminds us of the legendary James Taylor. He goes down smooth, and will no doubt charm ya socks off.

Tracy performs Wild Cats HERE and Dan sings Close Your Eyes and Let it End HERE
