Raised By Eagles are fast establishing themselves at the forefront of Melbourne’s alternative country scene, consistently charming audiences with their impressive blend of country, pop, folk and rock. Formed and fronted by Melbourne songsmith Luke Sinclair (the idle hoes), Raised By Eagles encapsulates the art of storytelling at its heartfelt finest.

Luke’s poignantly penned Backbeaches of Rye has been covered by Australian music icon Mick Thomas, and his latest offering Roadside Crosses was described as - “one of the finest songs I’ve ever heard” - by acclaimed Australian solo artist, Charles Jenkins.

Now, after three independent releases and countless radio performances and live shows with his other projects, Luke has embarked on his first solo project culminating in this debut release from Raised By Eagles. Enlisting some of Melbourne’s finest alt-country talent in Nick O'Mara (lead guitar), Luke Richardson (double bass) and Johnny Gibson (drums) – all well established musicians and songwriters in their own right sharing a common love for honest music, and a deep respect for good song writing - this album launch promises to be a musically memorable one.

Support on this special night comes from indie pop/folk masters The Stillsons, and one of Australia’s finest duo acts Bill Jackson & Pete Fidler.
