Artists Bio

2011 Marks the third year that Wrongtown have delighted and horrified cabaret audiences, since that time, Wrongtown have shared the stage with some of comedy's most seasoned performers and managed to add a delicious list of credits to their name.

In 2009 as the new kids on the block they performed a sell-out premiere season at the esteemed Butterfly Club, South Melbourne, later that year they were awarded 1st Runner-up at the Short and Sweet Cabaret Festival .

The following year they were invited to perform at the first ever Melbourne Cabaret Festival (2010) and added to the kooky atmosphere as guest artists at ACMI/Federation Square's Tim Burton Exhibition also fitting in a sell out season at The Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Wrongtown have recently returned from the 2011 Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Festival having performed a double bill entitled Mischief Delicious, joining forces with Adelaide songstress Cookie Baker and guest comedy sensation Ryan Coffey and regularly perform as function and corporate entertainers.

The duo act is written and performed by VCA graduates Rose Sejean- a music theater and cabaret artist and Claire Bowman- a burlesque teacher and performer, both with an array of solo credits to their name.
