Dress up in your gaudiest lederhosen and slip into your kitschiest Birkenstocks… we’re heading for Dusseldorf!
The great Terry Wogan once proclaimed “There's not enough silliness in the world. Eurovision helps to keep it balanced.”
Taking those wise words into account makes some of the more the ridiculously titled entries in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest (Finland’s “Da Da Dam”; Norway’s “Haba Haba” and Armenia’s “Boom Boom”) sound perfectly normal!
We Bella-Unionists love Eurovision. You might even say we’re a little obsessed with it. We create themed cocktails, we dress up, we wave little flags, we run an in-house sweep… and we’d love to show you just how fabulously we do it!
Join us this year as we broadcast the SBS coverage as hosted by the ever-delightful Julia Zemiro and Sam Pang, in all its BellavisionTM big screen glory. Our host-with-the-most, the latest rap sensation MC KCB (aka Casey Bennetto) will be leading the cheers for those outrageous, brave and (just a little bit) naff performers willing to subject themselves to ridicule in the quest to be crowned winner of the Best Song in Europe!
