Comedian Geraldine Quinn (Spicks and Specks, Green Room Award Winner 2007, Golden Gibbo Award nominee 2010) teams up with M.D. extraordinaire Mark Jones (Helpmann Award nominee, The Beautiful Losers, Green-Room Award winner) and some dude Karlis Zaid (Melbourne Theatre Company, The Beautiful Losers, Green Room Award winner) to pay tribute to Hannon in a unique cabaret event.

For over twenty years, Neil Hannon has penned for the likes of Ute Lemper and Doctor Who, sung with Tom Jones, won songwriting awards and co-created a knock-about album of cricket songs.  With influences from Fellini to ELO, Hannon is one of the most exciting, original and damned catchy pop songwriters in the business.

Hear Hannon as you’ve never heard him. Hear Hannon because you’ve never heard him. Whether a hardcore fan or a Divine Comedy innocent, The Divine Cabaret is a sexy, hilarious and beautiful night of song from three of the country’s finest performers.

You don’t want to die a virgin.
