Having been briefly overshadowed by Christmas in July (not a real festival in any way, we say), August is back! Who needs made-up occasions when you've got Pod August Nights?
Tripod, Melbourne's finest/funniest Man Band continue on their ridiculous (let's face it) career. Sometimes when they stop and think about what they are doing with their lives, they wonder for a short moment. And then they decide not to question it.
What to expect from the show:
• Rap left alone. It's not that they can't rap, it's just that they don't know what to do with their hands.
• Some sort of musical tribute to Michael Jackson.
• Some Tripod songs you already might know and like.
• A nightly 3-song fan-requested SuperMix. Not sure what this is yet, but it sounds exciting!
• Some new songs, including some WORLD PREMIERES. You'll be able to say “Yeah I saw that song when it wasn't funny yet.”
• A longer length show! None of this one-hour-get-in-get-out Comedy Festival bizzo!
